We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. They had convenient parking options. The transportation was easy, and the hotel's location by the beautiful mountains made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast provided was delicious, and the staff was really friendly and helpful.
Can't fault the property in any way.

The spa treatments were amazing and the massages really helped us relax. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which added to the overall experience. the location was perfect for our city break with easy train access and surrounded by beautiful mountains.
The room we were first placed in was in the basement and was not up to standard. We had to ask for an upgrade twice before finally receiving a suitable room.

Great location with wonderful views. the staff was informative and attentive. the breakfast was adequate with a good variety of sweet options. the room was clean and comfortable.
The lack of air conditioning and screens on windows led to lots of mosquitoes. the towels were thin and not very absorbent.
